In this case report, we present a subject with primary amyloid myelopathy who presented with an unusual clinical presentation.

The subject's initial symptoms included severe weakness in the upper extremities, along and bladder dysfunction. Cerebrospinal fluid analysis revealed elevated protein levels suggesting amyloid deposits. Neuroimaging studies demonstrated characteristic lesions in the spinal cord consistent with primary amyloid myelopathy.

The management focused on supportive care, including physical therapy and medications to manage symptoms. Despite treatment, the patient's condition continued to worsen. This case underscores the importance of considering primary amyloid myelopathy in the differential diagnosis of patients presenting with progressive neurological symptoms, particularly those with unilateral weakness.

The patient underwent further tests/evaluation/assessments to rule out other potential causes/contributing factors/underlying conditions of pulmonary fibrosis.
